Excavation Service serving East Providence, RI since 2018

Northeast Development LLC was founded in 2018 with a straightforward goal: deliver honest site work and excavation services that Rhode Island homeowners and contractors can count on. From the start, we built the company around quality craftsmanship, fair pricing, and showing up when we say we will.

The experience behind Northeast Development runs deep. Our team brings 30 years of hands-on field experience in excavation and site work to every project we take on. That background shapes how we plan jobs, handle unexpected conditions, and keep your property protected from start to finish.

We are licensed and insured, and we carry that same level of accountability into every phase of our work. Whether we are breaking ground on a new foundation or reshaping drainage on an existing property, we treat your land with the same care we would want for our own.

Our services cover the full range of site and ground work. We handle excavation, demolition, land clearing, grading and drainage, foundation work, basement waterproofing, and utility installation. We also install asphalt, stone, and cobblestone surfaces, design and plant new lawns, and complete full additions. If a project touches the ground, we can manage it.

We serve homeowners, builders, and property managers across Rhode Island. No matter where your project sits in Rhode Island, we bring the same attention to detail to every site.

We are available around the clock because site work does not always follow a nine-to-five schedule. When something comes up, you can reach us day or night and get a real answer from our team.
